In 2008 after starting our family and realizing that we wanted the best for our kids when it came to high quality food, natural products and supplementation - my wife Amy and I embarked on a journey. We began to research how to source quality foods, high quality supplements and personal care products and it proved to be extremely difficult and eye opening! Even the "health food stores" we visited were carrying products with toxic ingredients, damaging processing methods, GMO foods and highly processed ingredients. So one day after an exhausting search to many health food stores and talking skin care specialists about products for a baby's bum rash Amy said "wouldn't it be nice if there was a place that people could go to purchase natural products that only had healthy, safe ingredients and they didn't have to do their own research on every ingredient and they could trust that the products in the store were safe, clean and already evaluated by health conscious people?"

That's when Health Street Wellness Center was born. Later that year in 2008 Health Street Wellness Center was opened in Olds, Alberta, Canada to help people access natural products, personal care products and health food that has been evaluated based on strict ingredient, processing and ethical criteria.
